Our Process

From concept to completion.

Our process moves from enquiry and product development to sampling, approval, production, quality checks and dispatch.

01

Concept

Understanding the product, print, fabric and production requirements.

02

Sampling

Developing samples to establish the right direction before production.

03

Printing

Translating approved designs into fabric through the selected process.

04

Fabrication

Cutting, stitching and transforming printed textiles into finished products.

05

Finishing

Final finishing, quality inspection and preparation for dispatch.

How We Work

A clear route from brief to dispatch.

Our process starts with your product brief and requirements, moves through development and sample approval, and then into production, quality checks and dispatch.

01

Brief & Development

Product requirements, fabric and print direction, design support, pattern making and sampling.

02

Approval & Production

Once samples and specifications are approved, production is planned around the product, quantity and timeline.

03

Quality & Dispatch

Fabric and print checks, in-line and final inspections, finishing, labels, packaging and export shipping support.

Quality Control

Checks at every stage.

Fabric Inspection

Fabric quality, defects, colour consistency and suitability are checked before production.

Print & Production Checks

Print colour, placement, registration and alignment are checked, alongside measurements and construction during production.

Final Inspection

Finished products are checked for workmanship, measurements, finishing and packing before dispatch.

The Production Journey

From the first print trial to export dispatch.

01 · Print development

Design preparation, wooden block carving where required, colour trials, print placement, fabric trials and sample approval.

Factory media: designer at work, carved blocks, colour swatches and printing trials.

02 · Product development

Pattern making, cutting and stitching for garments, bags and home textiles. Quilting is included for relevant bags, pouches and accessories.

Factory media: patterns, cutting tables, stitching and quilting machines.

03 · Client approval

Samples are shared for review. Bulk production starts after the client confirms the sample, measurements, construction and specifications. An approved counter sample is retained as a production reference.

04 · Bulk production

Fabric preparation, printing, cutting, stitching, quilting, finishing and daily production tracking are coordinated against the approved plan.

05 · Quality control

Checks cover fabric defects, print colour and placement, stitching, measurements, workmanship, finishing and final packing. Quality-check files, counter samples, AQL inspection reports and spreadsheet trackers support consistency.

06 · Packing and dispatch

Final checking, quantity verification, labels, barcodes or hang tags where required, packing and preparation for international shipment.

Factory media: final inspection, labelling, packed cartons and dispatch preparation.

Replace the media notes with approved factory photographs and short videos. Real production footage is preferred to generic stock imagery.
